50 years anniversary
50 years ago, the history of Hotel Hubertus in Neukirchen took its course. It all began in 1970, when Dora and Peter Gaßner established Hotel Hubertus at the forest edge. Back then, it was a small inn with guest rooms on the first floor. Much has happened since then - but one thing has always remained the same: The well-being of our guests, the cordiality and the informal ambience still take top priority for us until today.
In 2020, we look back at the past 50 years with much pride and joy – half a century full of experiences, exciting moments and encounters with nature. Reason to celebrate then, even more so if we can celebrate this special moment with you, our guests. It is your stories of adventures in the Wildkogel Arena that fill this house with memories. Year after year.

Birth of Andrea Gaßner, who manages the apartment building Theresa
1970
Opening of Hubertus Inn with one guest room on the 1st floor - at the time very luxurious, seeing that each room had its own bathroom
1974
Construction of the bandstand

Birth of Petra Gaßner, who today runs the hotel with her husband Bernhard
1976
Fitting out of the upper floors and construction of the sauna in the attic

Addition of the garages
