Where the joy of winter is alive
Skiing in the Wildkogel Ski Arena is quite simply a pleasure. Numerous pistes of all difficulty levels, deep snow slopes and the Family Fun Arena provide an extensive opportunity to enjoy wedeling, carving, powder snow and freestyling. With the highest lift up to 2150m altitude the heavens are almost within touching distance. And you get to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views to the many summits too.

Pistes to suit every taste
From the Hotel Hubertus in Neukirchen it is just 5 minutes (500 m) – or you could opt to travel in comfort and take the free ski bus to the valley station for the Wildkogelbahn – then head to the Wildkogel Ski Arena, where 75 variety-packed and very well-tended kilometres of pistes are waiting for you, right outside the hotel! The ski area is particularly suitable for families, beginners or for those getting back into the swing of things, but even professional piste conquerors are very well catered for. To ensure your ascent is comfortable, there are contemporary chairlifts and T-bar lifts, while for up-and-coming ski speedsters there are also magic carpets in the Kogel-Mogel children’s area. The numerous alpine inns and mountain restaurants, as well as the many après-ski bars in the valley, provide an opportunity to warm up and enjoy some refreshments to bring the day to a happy close.

Freestyle professionals and beginners alike can look forward to that pure snow feeling with the fun slope and its dynamic banked turns, snow waves and the giant snow snake. The fresh mountain air tickles your nose during the jumps! In the Family Park an exciting realm awaits Freestyle first-timers, the beginner- friendly Snow Park provides temptation to enjoy those first jumps and to practice sliding on the wide boxes. Those who want to improve their speed while skiing, can have themselves filmed on the ski movie route.
