Things to know for a great stay in and around our 4-Star Hotel.
Your well-being and satisfaction take top priority here. If you have any questions, we are here for you at any time.
Arrival and Departure:
On the day you are due to arrive, your room will be available from 2.00 p.m. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., we ask you for a short notice. Rooms will be kept free for you until 10.30 a.m. on the day you are due to depart. If you would still like to use our facilities on the day of departure, there is the option of having a day room for € 55.00.
Surcharges/
Discounts:
For an overnight stay with breakfast, the day price is discounted by € 25.00. Hire of bathing robes € 6.00 per stay.
Small dogs costs € 15.00, large dogs € 25.00 per night, food is not included. New Year's Eve surcharge once € 30.00 per person from 15 years. Single supplement in double room from € 35.00 per night. Local tax is € 2.00 per day/person (from 15 years).
Deposit and Travel insurance:
From experience we realise that, in spite of really looking forward to a holiday, something unexpected can happen in the interim. To save you hassle and cancellation costs, we recommend the keenly priced, tried and trusted Hotelstorno Plus insurance cover provided by our partners at Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG. We are happy to take out insurance for you if you transfer the premium together with your deposit to us. You will then receive insurance policies specific to your requirements. You may also take out insurance here yourself.
Our booking conditions:
All prices are from-prices and may change.
Prices are per person and night plus local tax.
Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge.
After that, as well as in case of late arrival or early departure 80% of the tour price.
We recommend a cancellation insurance, which is 5 % of the travel price. So you are covered in case something comes up.
Our tip:
Many credit cards already include travel protection cover – maybe you could make enquiries about this. For credit card payment please provide the expiry date and let us know whether you would like to make a deposit with or without insurance. This can also be done over the phone. Subject to changes in price and general errors.
Rooms & Suites
You will certainly feel at home in the rooms and suites of the Hotel Hubertus.
After an exciting day in the Salzburg mountains you will find here enough space to relax and feel good. All living rooms are lovingly furnished and fulfil your holiday wishes: bath or shower/WC, hairdryer & room safe, cable TV and radio, fantastic view from the balcony.
