This applies to two- and four-legged friends alike; after all, ‘man’s best friend’ also likes to enjoy a break in a place that is as lovey as the Hohe Tauern National Park, with its many and varied options to get out and about on walks and hikes. Dog-owners are more than welcome to bring their pooches to the Hotel Hubertus in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Situated right at the edge of the forest, on a sunny hill; a perfect starting point for enjoying getting out and about together! Please inform yourself about the correct behaviour with dogs when walking past cows.

So it is fantastic that the forest area is right in front of the Hotel Hubertus in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Your four-legged friend can run about to their heart’s content and do their business too – please use the free poo sacks from the dispenser on the forest trail outside the chapel for their deposits.
Before coming into the Hotel Hubertus we would ask guests to dry their pooches thoroughly. Towels are provided for this at the entrance to the hotel. Your four-legged companion can come with you when you are dining in the Petersstüberl, however they are not permitted access to the dining hall.
Fun and relaxation for your dog
